BILLING ON YOUR OWN
Some patients feel more comfortable managing this process on their own. To assist those patients, we provide a super bill in your client portal for every session. Below are some questions you can ask your insurance company should you feel more comfortable managing the process independently.
- Do they provide out-of-network reimbursement?
- Where would you mail, email, or fax the super bill provided by the Blue Clinic?
- Must other documents or forms be completed by you and accompany the Blue Clinic’s invoice?
- Does an out-of-network insurance deductible need to be met before reimbursement begins?
- What is the allowable amount that the insurance company will reimburse for a psychotherapy session?
